We design sensor hardware for machinery that fails quietly and costs a great deal when nobody is watching. Devices enrol themselves with their own certificates, report over an encrypted connection, and keep working when the network does not.

Built as a system,
not a dashboard bolted on later

Boards, firmware, and the AWS path the data takes are designed together. A unit that leaves the shop already knows how to enrol, how to talk, and how to keep a local record when the link is down.

Certificates are issued per device. Commands go out on the same encrypted channel the telemetry comes in on. The phone app is a window on that system, not the system itself.

That is the work: equipment that reports on itself, without asking the owner to babysit it.

Residential pool equipment monitoring. Loss of prime, a starved skimmer, and heater faults at the pad, reported before the pump does something it cannot recover from.

Dealers place the hardware and keep a portal on every unit they have in the field: current state, and which customers need a call before the customer knows they do.

For owners

The homeowner app shows what the hub is seeing and lets you switch equipment that is safe to switch, with interlocks that refuse a heater against a dry pump.
